Hi! I’m Jenn, a life long learner with a passion for training and development, especially when it comes to personal finance. I am a licensed Realtor and I have run a successful real estate business since 2003. I love real estate and the financial benefits it can offer when purchased properly, but for years I have watched people make huge financial mistakes when it comes to buying and owning real estate. Real Estate can be a huge blessing, when purchased properly, for the right reasons and at the right time.

I have been married to an amazning husband for over 25 years and together with my huband, we have raised 4 wonderful young adult children. I grew up in San Diego, and attended the University of San Diego, where I earned my bachelors degree. In addition, I have a masters degree in Organizational Management.

I have been studying personal finance for many years and we have implemented everything I will teach you into my own family and personal finances. As my kids were maturing into young adults, I realized how little they learned in school about personal finance and how influential social media and cultural trends can be in their lives. I realized that if I didn’t teach my kids how to live on a budget, spend less than they make and to plan for their future, they would be at risk of falling prey to the “get rich quick” schemes and trends. I wanted to be sure my kids had a solid financial foundation to understand how to prosper in their own lives so that they can help others prosper in theirs.

Personal finance is not difficult, but it can be scary to anyone who has not been exposed to the basics. It is my goal that you will be excited by what you learn and that you will see the path to financial freedom and success is not as intimidating or scary as
